May 2022 Private New Home Sales Outlook
Private new home sales surged in May 2022 on robust sales at two project launches, with Piccadilly Grand and Liv @ MB contributing to about 41% of the month’s transaction tally. Developers sold 1,356 new private homes (excluding Executive Condos) in May, representing a 105.5% jump from the previous month.

Residential Property Outlook in 2022
According to data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), prices of private residential homes rose 5.2 per cent in the first three quarters of 2021, while resale prices of HDB flats rose by 8.9 per cent in the same period.
