Singapore New Property Launches in 2022
Here is a snapshot of the upcoming launches in 2022 this year. With the increasing Land bid prices, we are looking at close over $2000 psf for projects in Outside Core Region (OCR).
Of course, the next question is that are we still able to get any Undervalued Properties at old price tag of 2019 or Rest of Core Region (RCR) properties at OCR price ?
