Jurong West EA sold at Record Breaking Price!

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 $𝟳𝟭𝟴,𝟴𝟴𝟴 !!!

As a home-owner of myself too, many a times, I have been relentlessly exploring of how I can Sell a property much 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 than the transacted prices and even those similar units which are selling now too. I guess I have found an effective method with the Combination of Self-Learnt Digital Marketing and of course the usual few popular Property Listing portal.

Just recently in August 2021, I have helped a Couple whom I have known them in my Facebook Campaigns to successfully transacted their Executive Apartment (EA) at a 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 $𝟳𝟭𝟴,𝟴𝟴𝟴 within just a few viewings. Currently, this is the 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝗔 HDB type in Jurong West. At that point of time, the current recent transactions are just only on averagely between $560K to $585K or so. Even my sellers were surprised that how I managed to achieve their Asking Price and transacted 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗞𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 than other similar units in their area (Jurong West)

This was achieved through a 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 aggressive 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 Digital marketing which I will just target on those people who are only keen in EA unit in Jurong West. With a 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖-𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗗 audience, I managed to effectively filter those buyers who are keen and willing to pay more than the average market price.
